Welcome to the Bartlett Motorsport Engineering website! We have recently launched this site, so bare with us as some of the locations/links are still a work in progress. The 2016 race season was a busy year for Bartlett Motorsport Engineering (BME). I am proud to have had the opportunity to assist four different teams this year. I continued to support two local drivers in the ULMA series. The majority of my time was spent helping Jon Binning, who I have been helping regularly since 2010. I was also able to provide support to one of our close friends Lane Ehlert who regularly pits next to us at Lucas Oil Speedway. I also had the opportunity to work with Earl Pearson Jr. on several Lucas Oil Late Model Series events throughout the year. Late in the season, I also teamed up with Payton Looney who competes in the MARS racing series. This fall, we began working on this website, and I am excited to finally get it launched. Our goal is to provide a unique web experience specifically suited for the dirt late model racer, owner, and general enthusiast; although, it will hopefully be useful to people from other race classes as well. Over time, we will be adding content to the the site. We are working diligently to complete our shopping mall to provide race related products specifically tailored to the dirt late model racing community. We will also be providing many technical resources to the community as well. Our motto is to "improve performance through knowledge". I have devoted the last ten years of my life to learning every aspect of dirt late model racing that I could. I will be transferring much of that information to our customers through print media as well as video. I am also very proud to be providing many simulation tools that I have been working on over the past decade. The simulation tools range from simple quarter car models all the way to full body dynamic simulation. I will also be updating this blog post with various topics ranging from technical how-tos to whatever the hot gossip is around the racing community. Feel free to explore the site and email me with your comments. If you see something that needs improvement, let me know. If you have ideas of things you would like to see added, let me know. I would love to hear from you.
